So, I’ve been living in Korea for 6 months – Crazy! I can’t believe it’s been 6 months! I’m super behind on posting. Here’s a quick update on things that have happened since my last post.
I’m still big and I am still within an unhealthy weight range for my petite body frame. But what’s most important right now is that I feel good.
We are so afraid to change careers, to end relationships, to outgrow people or places - and that's just growth. To me, choosing to go toward the cracking in order to keep expanding is the only way. The only way to get out of pain is to go through it. Pain is information. - Sophia Bush
Travel heals and despite all of the ugliness in this world, it really is a beautiful place if we just open our eyes.
At the end of the day most world religions come down to teaching one thing – love.
You don't attract what you think you want. You attract what you believe you deserve. You set yourself up for greatness just as you set yourself up for playing small - or being played by small people. The truth? You deserve to live an extraordinary life. You deserve to be alive every moment of the day. You deserve to be loved, cared for, desired & respected on your own terms.
